Claims Procedures
- Claims must be fully submitted within 180 days of death.
- The Insured or his/her Beneficiary should notify the Scheme Administrator owner (Infussion) of the event and must complete an Infussion Claim form.
- The Claim form including all supporting documents required for the claim event of the policy should be submitted to Infussion within the time period limits as sets out in the Policy Schedule.
- It is the policy holders responsibility to ensure documentation is clearly readable. Incomplete or unreadable supporting documents can delay the process of payment.
- The Beneficiary nominated will receive payment of the benefit. Beneficiary shall discharge the Insurer from any further liability. Only nominated Beneficiaries will be considered when paying claims.
